A 30' × 18' one-bedroom ADU under a single 8:12 gable. The bedroom and bath sit at the west end. The living room, kitchen and island share a vaulted room at the east end, lit by a tall gable window and a 6'-wide slider to a porch cut out of the corner of the house.
